Position: Senior Client Advisor - Montenapoleone
As a Senior Client Advisor , you will act as a true brand ambassador, delivering an exceptional luxury experience while driving outstanding commercial performance. This role requires a highly accomplished sales professional with a proven track record in luxury retail, a deep understanding of client development, and a strong ability to build long‐term relationships with local and international clientele.
You will be responsible for consistently exceeding sales objectives, mastering all key performance indicators, and cultivating a high‐value client portfolio through personalized engagement strategies,
private appointments, and proactive client outreach. In addition, you will play a key role in supporting boutique management by sharing best practices and contributing to the development of less experienced team members.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Excellence & Business Performance
Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to the overall boutique performance.
Demonstrate expert knowledge of all retail KPIs, including sales productivity, average transaction value, units per transaction, conversion rate, cross‐selling, and client retention metrics.
Proactively identify and maximize every sales opportunity, leveraging both appointment‐based selling and walk‐in traffic.
