MOTOR TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST
Job Summary
We are looking for a Motor Technology Specialist to design, develop, and optimize electric motors used in professional laundry, food and beverage and Dynamic preparations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in electromagnetic design, thermal design, mechanical integration, prototyping, and validation of motors, with a focus on efficiency, cost, noise/vibration, reliability, and manufacturability. The position plays a critical role in advancing electromechanical capabilities, driving integration with electronics and software, and enabling differentiated product performance across global markets.



The Motor Technology Specialist will be part of the Global Technology team, contributing to the definition and deployment of core motor technologies across the organization and supporting multiple product lines at a global level.
Motor Design
Support the development of electric motors solutions for professional products applications (e.g., BLDC, PMSM, induction motors, universal motors depending on product line).
Perform motor sizing and selection based on performance requirements (torque, speed, power, efficiency, duty cycle).
Analyze detailed motor designs including stator, rotor, winding, lamination, magnets, insulation, and housing.
Analysis
Perform thermal analysis and cooling design to ensure motor performance under real operating conditions.
Support NVH (Noise, Vibration, Harshness) improvements through design optimization.
Mechanical & Manufacturing Integration
Ensure motor designs meet mechanical constraints for appliance inte
