If you are a Valve Product Manager professional looking for an opportunity to grow your career, this role offers a chance to shape the strategic direction of Emerson’s Sliding Stem Valves portfolio across Europe . As part of the Flow Control & Valves organization, you will own the product portfolio end to end—defining vision, driving innovation, and ensuring competitive, customer ‑ focused solutions that support business growth. You will work closely with sales, engineering, operations, and global product teams to deliver differentiated, profitable products aligned with market needs and Emerson’s values of innovation, integrity, collaboration, and inclusion.
Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Sliding Stem / control valves portfolio in alignment with FCV Europe growth objectives and market trends.
Own the full product lifecycle, from concept and development through launch, sustainment, and phase ‑ out, identifying growth opportunities and proposing annual development plans.
Build business cases to support new product development,
portfolio optimization, and long ‑ term growth initiatives.
Lead product launches, ensuring readiness across documentation, pricing, sales tools, training, and internal communication.
Conduct market, customer, and competitive analysis to identify needs, emerging applications, and differentiation opportunities.
Translate customer and market insights into clear product requirements for engineering, operations, and supply chain teams, collaborating closely with global Valve SBU partners.
Partner with European sales organizations to develop targeted growth plans and support commercial success through product training, technical positioning, and customer engagement.
Lead cross ‑ functional collaboration with engineering, sales, operations, supply chain, and marketing to ensure successful product development and commercialization.
