The role
The Director of Middle East Sales lead the development of business across the GCC market. This role is responsible for strengthening Rocco Forte Hotels' position as the preferred Italian luxury hospitality brand among royal families, government entities, family offices,



high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, and key travel trade partners throughout the region. The main duties and responsibilities will be:
• Develop and execute the Middle East sales strategy to maximize revenue, market share, and brand awareness across the GCC region for the Italian RFH portfolio
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while strengthening relationships within existing key producing partners.
• Build annual business plans, sales objectives, and account strategies aligned with company goals.
• Contribute to Annual Sales and Marketing Plan for Italian Hotels
• Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities and emerging demand segments.
• Evaluate sales initiatives and partnerships to ensure strong return on investment and sustainable revenue growth.
