Responsibilities Lead the purchasing strategy for a specific material category (leathers and fabrics, metallic accessories, other products), ensuring optimal contractual conditions and supplier base solidity. Ensure proper supplier capacity management, preventing risks of overloading or under-utilization. Align suppliers with the brand's quality, sustainability, and innovation objectives. In collaboration with the Compliance team, assure suppliers compliance and performance through regular audits. Define and implement sourcing strategy for the assigned category. Negotiate framework contracts, prices, and commercial conditions with suppliers. Assess and monitor supplier production and quality capabilities. Identify and develop new sourcing opportunities aligned with brand requirements. Collaborate with Product Development, Planning, Compliance and Quality teams to ensure alignment with objectives. Analyze market trends and supply chain risks.

Prepare and conduct supplier performance reviews in collaboration with the Procurement Manager and other departments. Ensure the purchasing of materials for new collections. Qualifications Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or related fields. 5+ years of experience in Strategic Purchasing, ideally in fashion/luxury. Excellent negotiation and contract management skills. Knowledge of market dynamics related to the assigned category. Strong command of Excel and Power BI (or equivalent tools). English level B2 minimum; French knowledge is considered a plus. Additional information Strategic vision and long-term orientation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
