Legal Counsel, Italy (Full-Time, Fixed-Term Maternity Cover – 12 months)

Employer: CFT SpA (ATS Group)
the salary is determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills and seniority, in line with the Company’s internal compensation framework and the applicable National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL Industria).
Employment Classification: Quadro, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Bargaining Agreement (Contratto Collettivo Nazionale di Lavoro – CCNL Industria) and the Company’s policies.
Parma, Italy, with a hybrid working arrangement in accordance with the Company’s Lavoro da remoto Policy. Occasional travel within Italy and abroad may be required.

As a member of the Global Legal Team, the Legal Counsel will provide timely, pragmatic and business-oriented legal support to ATS Group’s Italian entities, supporting the business in achieving its strategic objectives while appropriately managing legal and compliance risks. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and external counsel on a broad range of commercial, corporate, compliance and operational legal matters.
