We are currently looking for a HR Operations Associate Central & East Europe to join our People Services team, part of our HR Division based in Milan, Italy .
By joining this role, you'll play a vital role in our company's effort to provide efficient HR operational support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant execution of standardized processes,
including onboarding, work data changes, terminations, contract management, and employee requests. You'll maintain HR data integrity and accurate employee records while ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and labor laws.
Provide end-to-end HR operational support across the employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, employment changes, contract management, leave administration, and offboarding in SAP Success Factors platform.
Collaborate with employees and managers to support employee lifecycle processes, resolve HR queries, and ensure timely case resolution in line with SLAs.
Oversee Employee Lifecycle processes for the countries of responsibility, including cases resolution in SAP Success Factors (Tier 1 escalations), HRIS and ticketing system management, knowledge base maintenance, self‐service enablement, and SOP governance.
Ensure accurate employee records, HR document
