Position Overview
We are looking for a bright, dedicated F&B; Host/Hostess to support the Restaurant team during the brakfast, lunch and dinner service, satisfying all guest needs and exceeding their expectations.
Responsibilities
Be the first point of contact when guests enter the dining area;
Welcomes guest according to the resort standards and escorts them to their table;
Assisting the F&B; leadership team on ensuring the overall dinning experience expectations of the guest;
Satisfying guest needs and exceeding their expectations by projecting a positive hotel image through proper grooming, appropriate verbal communication,



and taking responsibility of guest needs;
Keeping high personal grooming standards and maintaining a neat uniform;
Assisting in the setup and breakdown of special events and functions;
Completing opening & closing responsibilities.
Qualifications
Need to be competent in the use of Micros;
Knowledge of dining room and kitchen procedures helpful;
Good communication skills;
Excellent presentation and grooming standard;
Fluent in english, other languages are a plus.
