Join our team in Aman Rosa Alpina. Since its opening in 1939, Rosa Alpina has
offered its guests an unparalleled base for exploring Italy's UNESCO-protected
Dolomites, celebrating the history of the property while uniting it with Aman's
philosophy.

Position Overview

We are looking for a bright, dedicated F&B; Host/Hostess to support the
Restaurant team during the brakfast, lunch and dinner service, satisfying all
guest needs and exceeding their expectations.

Responsibilities

* Be the first point of contact when guests enter the dining area;
* Welcomes guest according to the resort standards and escorts them to their
table;
* Assisting the F&B; leadership team on ensuring the overall dinning experience
expectations of the guest;
* Satisfying guest needs and exceeding their expectations by projecting a
positive hotel image through proper grooming, appropriate verbal
communication,



and taking responsibility of guest needs;
* Keeping high personal grooming standards and maintaining a neat uniform;
* Assisting in the setup and breakdown of special events and functions;
* Completing opening & closing responsibilities.

Qualifications

* Need to be competent in the use of Micros;
* Knowledge of dining room and kitchen procedures helpful;
* Good communication skills;
* Excellent presentation and grooming standard;
* Fluent in english, other languages are a plus.
