Our powerhouse of products — including spending, saving, investing, exchanging, travelling, and more — help our 75+ million customers get more from their money every day.We're looking for more brilliant people who love building great products, redefining success, and turning the complexity of a chaotic world into the simplicity of a beautiful solution.What You'll Be DoingProviding senior management and the local risk and compliance committee with regular insights on material modelsIdentifying improvements to modelling processes and methodologies, and assigning reliable model risk ratingsProviding recommendations to model developers to keep incidences of adverse outcomes within our risk appetiteEmbedding model risk management practices across the full model lifecycleEnhancing senior management's understanding of model assumptions, limitations, and outputs through multiple communication channelsWhat You'll Need5+ years of experience in validating models in at least one of the following areas:
credit, liquidity, treasury, stress testing, FinCrime, and/or AI/MLExperience using Python and SQLFamiliarity with model risk management regulations across the EU, UK, and USA proven ability to defend model validation reports in front of senior stakeholdersNice to haveExperience in banking or financial services, handling model risk findings with regulators and collaborating with internal audit teamsKnowledge of AI/ML model governance, explainability, or advanced analytics in financial servicesFamiliarity with cloud-based model deployment or monitoring solutionsDiversity & InclusionBuilding a global financial super app isn't enough.
