Customer Service Specialist (French-speaking)
CID S.p.A. , a company specialized in the manufacturing and distribution of medical devices, is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join its Italian headquarters and become part of an established team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer orders from French-speaking countries, ensuring the smooth execution of the entire order process from receipt to completion. Therefore, fluent French is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer orders from French-speaking countries.
- Provide timely responses to customers regarding order status, product availability, estimated delivery times, and order follow-up.
- Coordinate with Warehouse and Logistics departments by providing country-specific shipping instructions.
- Support the Sales team with information on sales performance, open orders, and inventory availability.
- Collaborate with the QA department in handling customer complaints and returns.




- Ensure compliance with QA procedures and regulatory requirements of each country.
- Work with the Finance department to ensure tax compliance, price approval, and respect of payment terms.

Requirements
- Fluent in French (written and spoken) is a must.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service/Customer Care.
- Knowledge of SAP is a must
- Knowledge of English (written and spoken)

Job Details
Location: CID S.p.A., Via Crescentino SNC, 13040 Saluggia (VC), Italy
Salary: Level D3 of the CCNL “Industria-Chimica” with a RAL range between 31.000€ and 33.000€
