The Finance Business Partner will work at country level and will report to Head of Finance Italy, within the Southern Europe Finance team. He/she will support the P&L; monthly planning & forecasting process and business decisions taking through value-adding financial analyses.
It is essential that the candidate has good communication skills in order to be able to operate effectively in a challenging environment, as well as the capability of creating strong cross-functional relationships, combined with leadership, proactivity,
learning agility, resilience and very strong commitment to meet deadlines and finalize the execution of deliverables.
Planning and forecasting of Net Sales, Advertising & Promotions and Overheads lines
Partnering with Marketing team in business decisions to match the proper Brand contribution
Supporting the Finance Hub team in Month End Closure activities
Master Degree in Economics, Engineering or similar.
Previous relevant experience (+2 years) in a Finance Business Partner, Sales/Business Analytics, Strategy or Business Development role, preferably in a large FMCG organization.
High level of commercial acumen and very high level of analytical skills, with a Finance background preferred.
Fluency in spoken and written English.
Proficient in office package (with special focus on excel and powerpoint).
Market data analysis and business understanding.
