General Description Of The Role
The Liquid R&D; Scientist will support research and development (R&D;) initiatives within Aperitifs and other relevant product categories.
Key Responsibilities And Activities
- Support projects by batching new formulations and/or testing new processes.
- Support in ingredient qualifications with batching, trials, and testing.
- Support in renovation projects that may explore alternate formulations, ingredients, suppliers and/or processes.
- Support plants and/or comanufacturers on product and process optimization.
- Request and organize necessary technical and regulatory compliance documentation from suppliers.
- Execute accelerated stability testing and analyze results to predict shelf life and/or stability of products.
- Manage across multiple systems documentation control of all necessary ingredients, technical information, process directions, and formulations.
- Define and populate product specifications within a global centralized system.
- Input liquid bills of material within a global centralized system.
- Support in first production of products to ensure successful industrialization.
- Support pilot scale operations from blending, filtration, carbonation, bottling, and general maintenance.
