Job Description Updating market presentations
Supporting the preparation of pitch decks
Assisting senior team members in managing divestment processes
Mapping funds nearing maturity
Updating client and opportunity databases/files




Conducting property site inspections
Supporting the creation of discounted cash flow (DCF) models
Requirements
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Strong report writing skills in English
Creative mindset with strong problem‐solving skills
Commercial awareness and business acumen
Prior valuation or leasing experience is a plus
English language advanced level
Team‐oriented, collaborative attitude and knowledge‐sharing spirit

Compensation and Transparency
We believe in an open and transparent approach to compensation. For this role, the base salary range is between €35,000 and €40,000 gross per annum (RAL). Positioning within the range will depend on experience, skills, and the expected impact in the role.
