As a Manufacturing Experienced Professional - Prod Process and Equip at Baker
Hughes, you will play a key role in developing and optimizing CNC machining
processes through advanced CAM programming. You will work closely with




cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturability, improve cycle times, and
maintain the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and optimize CAM programs for complex turbomachinery components using
advanced CAD/CAM software.
* Collaborate with design engineering to ensure manufacturability and process
robustness.
* Define machining strategies and cutting tool selection to improve
productivity and reduce costs.
* Support the introduction of new products and technologies into manufacturing.
* Analyze machining performance and implement continuous improvement
initiatives.
* Maintain and update process documentation, including setup sheets and tool
lists.
* Troubleshoot machining issues and provide technical support to production
teams.
* Evaluate and integrate new CAM technologies and software capabilities.
* Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
