Required Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in a similar role, preferably within luxury hospitality, with verifiable references.

Mission
Deliver an exceptional Concierge service by anticipating and exceeding guests’ expectations with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
Lead and supervise the Concierge team, ensuring the highest service standards in line with the Airelles philosophy and luxury hospitality expectations.
Create personalized and memorable experiences for guests by leveraging local expertise and cultivating strong relationships with trusted partners and suppliers.
Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Concierge department while fostering a collaborative, guest-focused, and excellence-driven work environment.
Contribute actively to guest satisfaction, loyalty, and brand reputation through outstanding service and attention to every detail.
Key Responsibilities




Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the Concierge department.
Welcome guests and manage complex requests, ensuring a highly personalized and seamless service experience.
Arrange restaurant reservations, transportation, private tours, cultural activities, exclusive events, and bespoke guest experiences.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with local partners, suppliers, and service providers to offer unique and exclusive recommendations.
Train, mentor, and support the Concierge team, promoting continuous development and service excellence.
Collaborate closely with Front Office, Guest Relations, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments to ensure a flawless guest journey.
Handle guest complaints, special requests, and last-minute arrangements with efficiency, discretion, and professionalism.
Monitor departmental performance and ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and luxury service procedures
