Your role and responsibilities
As a Supplier Development Engineer your work will consist of:
- Managing new product introduction and leading proactive quality assurance activities for castings manufacturing and machining




- Analysing supplier performance and capabilities, identifying development opportunities and driving impactful development actions
- Developing and executing supplier development action plans to improve supplier performance
- Supporting suppliers with their operational development initiatives in relation to quality, delivery and cost
- Executing supplier audits and audit follow-up according to supplier development action plan and verifying impact

You’ll be working as a part of impactful Supplier Development team and Category team with diverse expertise.
Requirements for the position:
- Strong experience of iron and aluminium casting and machining technologies and manufacturing processes
- Quality management process understanding
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong personal drive for identifying development potential and proven skills on leading improvement projects or initiatives successfu
