Overview
I’M IN , is the International Graduate Program of Intesa Sanpaolo IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division , designed for outstanding recent graduates and young professionals who aspire to build a career in Corporate & Investment Banking.

What you’ll be doing
You will support the Global Credit Trading team within the Credit Derivatives & Certificates Trading desk, contributing to the development of systematic credit trading strategies with a focus on algorithmic trading and macro-hedging.





You will have the opportunity to support the following activities:
- Support development and testing of algorithmic trading strategies
- Monitor effectiveness of financial instruments for risk management
- Oversee automated trading strategies on corporate bonds
- Analyse market data and strategy performance
- Deepen knowledge of credit markets and derivatives
- Support daily desk activities and analysis

Who we are looking for
If you are looking to turn your passion into a career and meet the following requirements, we would be delighted to hear from you:
- 0–1 years of experience, if CIB or M&A; is a plus
- Master’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics or similar
- Python for quantitative analysis
- Knowledge of financial data analysis
- Knowledge of credit markets and derivatives
- English level C1
- Strong data handling capabilities
- Knowledge of Bloomberg or ML tools
- Inter
