Experteer Overview In this role you will support the Italian branch in Milan by advising on banking, investment services and consumer protection laws. You will help localize group policies and processes, identify regulatory deviations, and implement solutions with relevant teams. You will assist AML and financial crime matters, including documentation, CDD/EDD, and risk assessments. You will review products and campaigns for compliance before launch and monitor regulatory developments to drive timely adaptations. You will engage in legal-operational tasks and research to underpin transparent, compliant customer interactions.

Localise group policies and procedures for the Italian branch and address regulatory deviations
Support AML and financial crime topics (CDD/EDD, risk assessments, documentation)
Review products and marketing campaigns for Italian compliance before launch

Handle regulatory requests, audits,
and legal-operational processes and document outcomes
Conduct legal/regulatory research on banking transparency, investment, credit and consumer protection
Responsabilità Law degree
Experience in legal/compliance roles at a bank, fintech or law firm
Strong knowledge of Italian banking transparency rules (TUB), investment services regulations (TUF / MiFID II), and consumer protection frameworks
Familiar with the three lines of defense and Italian AML framework under D.Lgs. 231/2007; AML/CDD/EDD/transaction monitoring experience is a plus
Proven ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical procedures and guidance
Experience with regulatory authority requests, audits, remediation tracking or legal-operational processes (advantageous)
Experience in branch networks, fintech, digital banking, investment firms or cross-border financial services is preferred
