You hold a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Software Development, Computer Science, or other related fields.
You have at least 3 years of professional experience with excellent command of Ruby and key ecosystem tools (RSpec, Bundler).
Your level of English is advanced (C1) or above.
Confident use of Git and standard Linux CLI tools.
Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins).
Deep understanding of testing principles and test-driven development (TDD); Contributions to open-source Ruby projects (pull requests, code reviews, issue tracking).
Experience working with large monorepositories or major open-source
