We are currently seeking a Graduate Rotational Program – Pre‐Sales, Product Management & Project Delivery to join our dynamic team in Castel Guelfo (BO), Italy.We are looking for a high‐potential graduate to join an 18‐month rotational development program designed to provide end‐to‐end exposure to our business and core operational processes. The role sits within the Vertiv Power Business Unit, responsible for delivering end‐to‐end critical power solutions covering the entire power train—from the utility grid to the final load.

Owning the full power train enables Vertiv to guarantee high availability, operational continuity, and resilience for mission‐critical applications.
Support technical and commercial pre‐sales activities
Analyze customer requirements and business needs
Assist the sales team during customer meetings and solution discussions
Product Management (approximately 6 months)
Support product portfolio management activities
Conduct market, customer, and competitor analysis
Contribute to the development of product roadmaps and business cases
Collaborate with engineering, sales, and operations teams
Project Delivery (approximately 6 months)
Support planning and execution of customer or internal projects
Assist in coordinating scope, schedule, cost, and quality
Interact with customers, vendors, and cross‐functional teams
Monitor project progress and support reporting activities
