Job Summary
The Operational Director supports the General Manager in overseeing the resort's day-to-day activities, focusing on operational efficiency, service consistency, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise all operational departments (Rooms Division, F&B;, Maintenance, Spa, Housekeeping).
Implement and maintain service standards and operational policies.
Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
Analyze KPIs and operational reports to improve efficiency and profitability.
Train, mentor, and develop department managers and supervisors.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Daily management of the hotel's operations.
Collaboration with various departments, facilitating communication between strategy and operations.
Building collaborative relationships with employees across all departments.
Development and implementation of service procedures and standards.
Identification of staff training needs and support through coaching and mentoring.
Participation in performance evaluations and continuous feedback.
Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Continuous updating on industry trends and their operational application.
Motivating the team to achieve goals and professional growth.
Effective management of complaints and escalations.
Preparation of regular performance reports to be presented to the General Manager.
Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel or resort operations management.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
