This position supports the Head of Indirect Procurement to manage the procurement activities related to indirect goods and services within Alfasigma organization.This role involves developing and implementing effective supplier and category strategies, negotiating with suppliers, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring cost-effective procurement processes.The Indirect Procurement Category Manager collaborates with various departments to understand their procurement needs and aligns procurement strategies to support the organization's overall goals and objectives.1) Category and Supplier Strategy: Develop and implement strategic procurement plans for indirect goods and services.Analyze market trends, supplier capabilities, and industry best practices to identify procurement opportunities and risks.Identify potential suppliers, conduct supplier evaluations, and negotiate contracts and agreements.Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring high-quality products/services and timely deliveries.3) Cost Management:

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, ensuring terms are favorable and in compliance with legal requirements.Monitor contract performance, renew contracts as needed, and manage contract expiration and renewal processes.
