Summary
The Monitor Manufacturing Engineering Manager ensures continuous support for production activities to guarantee business continuity through process validation, continuous improvement, problem solving, industrialization, innovation and training.
Your activity will be focused on our dialysis machines production area (managed applying Lean Methodology like One Piece Flow, Kanban e process standardization) and you'll also be responsible for CAPEX management for all the plant.
You'll be leading a team (~10 people), reporting to the Plant Manager.
