Join our team in Aman Rosa Alpina. Since its opening in 1939, Rosa Alpina has
offered its guests an unparalleled base for exploring Italy's UNESCO-protected
Dolomites, celebrating the history of the property while uniting it with Aman's
philosophy.

A Waiter is responsible for providing professional, attentive, and friendly
service to guests while ensuring a high-quality dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome and seat guests in a courteous and professional manner.
* Present menus and explain food and beverage offerings.
* Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them to the kitchen and
bar.
* Serve food and beverages according to service standards.
* Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction.
* Clear and reset tables efficiently.
* Process bills and handle payments accurately.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
* Follow health,



safety, and hygiene regulations.
* Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and other team members to ensure smooth
service.
* Upsell menu items and beverages when appropriate.
* Handle guest requests and complaints professionally, escalating issues when
necessary.

Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a restaurant or luxury hospitality environment is
preferred.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong teamwork and organizational skills.
* Professional appearance and positive attitude.
* Good knowledge of food, beverages, and service etiquette.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
