We are looking for a market development partner welfare l 68/99 to drive the expansion of our welfare products within the large enterprise segment (companies up to 350 employees).
What You'll Be Doing Generate sales‐qualified leads through outbound activities (cold calling, email, online meetings).
Develop new business opportunities by engaging large‐enterprise employers and presenting satispay as a leading welfare solution.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of mid‐ and large‐enterprise prospects to support the business development team.
Utilise CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot and outbound platforms like Sales Navigator and Lusha.
Collaborate with the team to exceed lead‐generation targets and scale the large enterprise line.
Who We Are Looking For At least 1year of experience in outbound sales targeting enterprise‐level customers.
Strong commercial attitude, negotiation skills and ability to communicate with executives.
Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot)
and outbound tools (Sales Navigator, Lusha).
Fluent in Italian and English.
