ResponsibilitiesRaise the bar - Be results focused, grow revenue, educate and lead strategic conversations with SMB agencies in the Italian market. Identify and create compelling sales propositions using internal and external data for agencies in specific regions, industries or objectives that can be pitched at scale with minimal customization.Make your own discoveries - Grow a deep understanding of TikTok's products, processes and tools. Demonstrate expertise in all matters relevant to your book of business, including escalation and troubleshooting to resolve agency issues.Assume ownership - Work with small and medium sized agencies to optimize and improve the performance of their TikTok campaigns and identify programmatic ways to do this at scale.Embrace change as an opportunity - have a growth mindset: learning when you don't understand, accept challenges, solutions-oriented feedback; Collaboration creates value - Seek to support new team members as they learn about our products and processes.
Liaise with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:Experience in account management/client services roles in digital advertising with a proven ability to optimize client success and revenue growthProven experience in marketing, media sales and/or online advertising experience with direct client management experience.High oral and written fluency in Italian and in English, is required, as the role involves direct client communication across the Italian markets served by the businessProven experience working with agencies or in an agency partnership-type role.Ability to influence buy-in and build relationships with key stakeholders while prioritizing and managing a client portfolio, tasks, and projects within a fast paced environmentPreferred Qualifications:Solid knowledge of online advertising fundamentals (campaign setup, optimisation, KPIs).Proven track record of reaching and exceeding
