YOUR RESPONSABILITIES
Support for the project team in planning quality control measures
Methodical support for the development team in implementing quality control measures (e.g., through FMEA methodology)
Collaboration in defining and developing the production management plan
Collaboration in defining specific parameters for testing equipment
Verification of the actual implementation of quality parameters during the product development phase
Planning of audits and support in managing identified deviations
Training the R&D; team on quality control methodologies
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Technical diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, or equivalent
Several years of professional experience in a similar position, preferably in the automotive industry




Proficiency in methodologies and tools used to ensure quality processes (including 8D, approval tools, and statistical process control)
Proficiency in quality control and improvement procedures (e.g., 5S method, Lean Production system, PDCA cycle)
Knowledge of FMEA methodology is considered an advantage
Excellent use of Microsoft Office suite
Good knowledge of English and German or Italian
