Experteer Overview In this role you will help shape DHL Supply Chain's approach to business metrics within the OPEX team. You will develop tools, KPIs and analytical frameworks to support decision-making and improve operational efficiency. You act as a bridge between Operations, IT and business stakeholders, contributing to digital transformation initiatives. You will deliver timely reports and dashboards and help translate business needs into data-driven solutions. This is an opportunity to impact service delivery and drive performance in a global logistics environment.
Retribuzione / Benefits Deliver timely and accurate reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders
Develop and maintain KPI dashboards (internal & external customer focus)
Design and build reports using Power BI and DAX
Support the development and maintenance of Azure / Power BI databases




Drive automation and simplification of reporting processes
Contribute to operational and contractual reporting within cross‐functional projects
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for performance improvement and optimization
Responsabilità Degree in Economics, Engineering, or Computer Science
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, data analysis, or predictive modelling
Strong knowledge of: SQL, Power BI (including DAX) Data modelling and analytics tools
Solid understanding of analytical methods and performance measurement systems
Fluency in English
Strong focus on continuous improvement and innovation
