Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Bar Manager at San Clemente Palace Kempinski Venice. The Bar Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bar, managing staff, creating drink menus, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing sales.

Experience in Food & Beverage and Sales
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proven leadership experience
Knowledge of mixology and beverage trends
