About the Role
The Data Visualization team turns massive datasets into clear, actionable, and
visually compelling insights for clients and internal teams, acting as the
bridge between raw numbers and strategic planning. As a Data visualization
consultant, you will work in Milan mainly on data visualization projects in
marketing and communication, working with Media Planners, Data Engineers, and
Clients while taking ownership of projects with an end-to-end approach across
the full delivery lifecycle.
This is a hybrid position and we offer a permanent contract.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
* Interact with external and internal clients to identify their needs and
translate them into effective data models, KPI frameworks, and visualization
specs
* Design, develop and maintain high-impact interactive dashboards and reports
using tools like Power BI, Tableau, Datorama or Looker Studio
* Work with data engineers and analysts to ensure data quality and pipeline
readiness for BI consumption
* Conduct exploratory data review to surface insights and anomalies for client
teams
* Present outputs to stakeholders, adapting communication to both technical and
non-technical audiences
* Help final users with tools adoption and listen closely to identify new
business opportunities
* Contribute to the definition and documentation of data visualization best
practices and internal methodologies to promote knowledge excha
