The Senior Electrical Engineer provides technical leadership and governance for mission-critical electrical infrastructure across STACK Infrastructure's EMEA portfolio. Acting as the Authorising Engineer (AE) for Electrical Safety Rules, you will help shape how critical electrical systems are designed, commissioned, operated and maintained across multiple European markets. Working closely with Operations, Engineering, Delivery and vendor partners, you will influence the safety, resilience and performance of infrastructure supporting some of the world's largest digital platforms. This role offers the opportunity to influence engineering standards and operational practices across a growing portfolio of hyperscale and mission-critical facilities. Key Responsibilities Provide technical leadership and expert guidance on mission-critical electrical systems across the EMEA portfolio. Develop and maintain electrical engineering standards,
equipment specifications and resilience strategies aligned to STACK operational requirements. Support electrical studies, modelling activities and validation of system performance, settings and design assumptions. Review design and engineering documentation, technical submissions and commissioning activities to ensure compliance with operational and performance requirements. Support commissioning, operational acceptance and handover activities for new facilities, expansions and major upgrades. Define and assure operational acceptance criteria, testing requirements and documentation standards to support successful transition into live operations.
