Cybersecurity Senior Sales Executive – Public Sector - Identity and Access Management

One Identity solutions eliminate the complexities and time‐consuming processes required to govern identities, manage privileged accounts and control access. Our solutions enhance business agility while addressing IAM challenges within on‐premises, cloud and hybrid environments. We are currently hiring for a Senior Sales Executive to join our team at One Identity, based in Rome. This Rome‐based role focuses on Central Government accounts, including defence, military and police organisations. We are specifically looking for someone who understands how to navigate this space in Italy, including working with frameworks such as CONSIP.
You will step into a role with an existing pipeline already in place (generated for you to build on), while also owning the full new business motion across your territory.
Responsibilities




Owning and growing a public sector territory focused on Central Government in Italy
Driving new business in a 100% channel‐led model
Engaging senior stakeholders across defence, military, police and wider government bodies
Building and closing a strong pipeline, leveraging an existing base of opportunities
Working closely with partners to structure and land complex deals
Positioning One Identity in a highly competitive cybersecurity market
Qualifications
Proven experience in enterprise software sales (ideally 7+ years)
Strong exposure to Italian public sector, particularly Central Government
Experience in defence/military accounts is highly desirable
Familiarity with CONSIP and public sector procurement processes
Background in security/IAM is a strong plus
Hunter mindset with a clear track record of generating and closing new business
Ability to operate effectively in a partner‐led ecosystem
