YOUR MISSION:

The Sales Associate is a fully engaged individual who is committed to
contributing to the success of the Vhernier boutique in Florence, with the
ambition to grow with the Maison.

If you are looking for an opportunity to enter the world of High Jewellery, and
craftmanship and you are curious to learn more, this role has a lot to offer.

Your mission will be to promote the Vhernier brand image as per the company’s
directives.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Sales performance & customer service:

Contribute to the boutique achieving its sales targets;





Assist clients with Customer Service needs maintaining the brand's high
standards;

Support in cultivating strong client relationships, delivering outstanding
client service and treatment; providing a friendly environment that includes
greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining outstanding standards and
solid product knowledge;

Adapt the approach according to the client's needs and motivations;

Assist and support after-sales clients in accordance with Maison values; provide
recommendations that will provide an exceptional client experience.

Stock management and merchandising:

Provide feedback in processing and replenishing merchandise; participate in
receiving and monitoring floor stock;

Actively participate in the visual merchandising of the Boutique implementing
required guidelines;

Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and store
housekeeping, including cleaning the products and displays;
