Customer Care & Back Office Specialist – German & English
Bikeflip is growing, and we’re looking for a Customer Care & Back Office Specialist to join our team in Rovereto.
You’ll be the point of contact for our international community, supporting customers by email and phone in German and English. You’ll also help manage the operational side of our marketplace: tracking orders, organizing shipments, coordinating with logistics partners and making sure every order moves smoothly from start to finish.

What we’re looking for
- German C1
- English B2/C1
- Clear and friendly communication
- Strong organization skills
- A practical, problem-solving mindset
