Client Service Officer The main mission is to provide administrative and operational support to our Wealth Managers (based in Rome) in managing clients (HNWI and UHNWI). Support WMs in the preparation of client meetings (i.e. missing documents to ensure compliance of client file, portfolio situation, reports and/or sales documentation, documentation needed for account opening)
Perfom KYC administrative tasks
Respond promptly to client queries (for example regarding the history of the client's account and/or regarding any information that can be consulted in the bank's internal system)
Ensure the daily monitoring of client accounts and inform the Wealth Manager of any particular event
Participate in the preparation of credit application and periodic reviews of credit dossier
A bachelor degree in economics, finance or management
A previous experience in the Private Banking / Wealth Management sector will be considered a plus
Italian: fluent; English: fluent
