Project Buyer (f/m/d)Applylocations: Pinerolotime type: Procurement Operations: Manage end-to-end purchase order processes, ensuring accuracy and timely execution with approved vendors. • Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to support performance and continuous improvement initiatives, from early exploration, to quotation and negotiation phases. • Supply Chain Optimization: Identify and drive initiatives to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness across the supply chain. • Inventory Management: Collaborate with SCM to oversee raw material inventory levels and define appropriate replenishment strategies. • Strategy Support: Contribute to the development and implementation of procurement and supply chain strategies. • Data & Documentation Management: Ensure data accuracy and maintain standardized procurement documentation across systems. • Cross-functional Coordination: Align processes and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and data consistency. # Qualifications:• Education: Degree in Business Administration,



Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.• Professional Experience: 3+ years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or a related operational role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.• Procurement Knowledge: Understanding of purchasing processes, supplier management, and inventory control principles.• Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage and maintain data accuracy across systems.• Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive negotiations in complex environments.• Systems Affinity: Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain tools is considered a plus.• Languages: Fluent English is required; additional languages are an advantage in an international customer and plant network.The minimum gross annual salary for this position in Italy is €31,000.
