Nalco Water, an Ecolab Company, is seeking an Industry Technical Consultant for our Data Center Division supporting cooling applications including pre-treatment and reclaim technologies . Our team of Industry Technical Consultants plays a crucial role in supporting business growth, driving innovation, and transferring knowledge to ensure the success of our programs and clients’ operation. If you are passionate about implementing new technology, helping to troubleshoot and solve complex clients’ problems, supporting our technical field teams, and more, we invite you to apply As an Industry Technical Consultant, you will be primarily responsible for troubleshooting and solving complex clients’ problems, training technical audiences, recommending operational efficiency improvements for our clients’ utility systems and validating new innovative technologies. You will also assist Corporate Account Managers and Sales Reps in making technical related sales calls and presentations at a corporate level. You will research,



identify and define market and product application opportunities and assist in developing and implementing marketing plans to capture identified sales opportunities.

Play a critical role in demonstrating total value delivered and selling value of our solutions combining chemistry, automation, digital, equipment and engineered solutions
Lead problem solving efforts by utilizing various root cause analysis methodologies to resolve application or best practice concerns at customer site
