At Bosch Rexroth, within our Graduate Specialist Program (GSP), you will join the Sales Material Handling Mobile team in Nonantola (MO), in a truly international environment, and will play a key role in driving innovation within the Mobile sector. This is a unique opportunity to blend cutting‐edge technology with hands‐on application engineering and strategic customer partnerships. As a Junior Pre‐Sales Engineer, you will be a sales and technical partner for our customers and a key contributor to the development and promotion of Bosch Rexroth Mobile solutions. Drive innovation by promoting our full Mobile portfolio - from hydraulic components to electronics and software, electric motors, inverters, and IoT services. Own projects end‐to‐end, from defining technical specifications together with customers to supporting implementation onsite when needed. Understand and anticipate market trends, guiding customers toward the most effective and forward‐looking solutions. Grow internationally,



gaining specialized expertise in Mobile applications through structured training programs in Italy and Germany. Education: MSc in Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Aerospace Engineering Languages: Fluent in Italian and English Experience: ~ 1 year of relevant experience or internship in a technical/application environment (preferred) Work style: Curiosity for industrial and technological topics, continuous learning attitude, and willingness to travel in Italy and abroad Why Join Us? In line with our compensation policies, the gross annual salary (RAL) for this position lies within the range €31.000 - €34.000 for a 40‐hour work week.
