As a Shift Supervisor you will provide leadership to the daily operations of the fabrication department. You will report to the Nuclear Fabrication Manager and be located in Monfalcone site.
Ensure safe use of equipment and materials; Conduct quality and standard work peer checks to ensure compliance.
Implement training plans and maintain accurate documentation.
Coordinate with planning and production teams to track progress and address schedule deviations.
Monitor staffing needs, apply corrective actions, and support process continuity.
Maintain workplace organization, production records, teamwork, and up-to-date employee training.
High school diploma.
At least five years of directly related experience in heavy manufacturing.
Availability to work in three shifts: Monday to Friday – Shift 1: 6:00 am to 2:00 pm, Shift 2: 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm, Night Shift: 10:00 pm to 6:00 am.
Knowledge of Italian and English languages (min. The gross base annual salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be €31.900 to €42.000.
