Business Analyst Senior Manager

Your Role And Responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape how data is transformed and delivered to support advanced analytics and decision-making across Electrification. Each day, you will translate complex business requirements into scalable and efficient data transformations within Snowflake leveraging the existing Unified Data Model with data from SAP ERP and other business applications.
The work model for the role is fully remote, as long as you can align with Central European/ UK working hours.
You Will Be Accountable For




- Analyzing business challenges and providing business analytics to enhance decision-making and drive optimization. Integrating previous experiences in answering the business needs. Present findings to multiple levels of stakeholders.
- Building complex data structures and reporting processes that accurately measure business performance. Designing efficient workflows for data transformation and analysis.
- Proposing and implementing best practices in data integrity, data validation, test design and documentation.
- Owning the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing analyses, and dashboards to help determine key business conclusions.

Qualifications For The Role
- You have 5+ years of experience in data engineering, business intelligence, or enterprise analytics, designing and delivering reliable, scalable solutions to meet business needs.
