Production Planner and Customer Service Specialist

YOUR CONTRIBUTION

* Process and analyze customer orders, including pricing, minimum order
quantities, and delivery requirements.
* Plan and schedule production activities while monitoring progress to ensure
timely delivery.
* Verify material availability, coordinate supplier orders, and monitor
supplier performance.
* Maintain accurate planning and stock levels in line with company guidelines
and ERP/SAP data.
* Manage customer communication regarding lead times, order follow-up, and
reporting activities.

YOUR EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

* Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent qualification.
* Experience in production planning, customer service, supply chain, or a
similar manufacturing environment.
* Good knowledge of Excel and familiarity with ERP/MRP systems, preferably SAP.
* Fluent English and Italian language skills.
* Strong organizational, prioritization, communication, and interpersonal
skills.
