The resource will be responsible for organizing daily activities in concert with the Warehouse Supervisor and External Transport suppliers based on the inputs received from customers, verifying their implementation and subsequently measuring the results with the KPIs that he/she will extract, produce, and verify with customers.

Main tasks/resposabilities:
- Dealing with customers and the warehouse supervisor for daily activities and impromptu or extraordinary activities.
- Verification of their fulfillment in compliance with the assigned deadlines.
- Data extraction from management systems (2X) and obtaining KPIs to share internally and with customers after analysis.
- Extraction of monthly data, possible reconciliation with customers, and internal input for the production of reports for reporting and/or invoicing.
- Sharing monthly P&L; results with the Site Manager.
- He is an active part in the management of internal and external audits, and promoter of initiatives aimed at infrastructure improvement.
