As a Junior Account Executive you will drive outbound sales activities and prospecting and connect with companies to understand their challenges and identify new opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Lead Generation : conduct in-depth research to uncover high-potential customers across diverse channels—online research, social media, industry events, and prospecting tools.



Use advanced techniques to create a robust pipeline of highly qualified leads.
- Own the entire Sales Cycle : take charge of the full sales process—from initiating outbound calls and emails to engaging potential clients. Qualify their business needs, offer tailored Odoo product demonstrations, and guide prospects through the buying journey until closing the deal.
- Demonstrate Odoo product : demonstrate the latest apps, features, and product updates to end-users, ensuring they experience firsthand the value and impact Odoo can bring to their business.
- Foster Client Relationships : build and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients, establishing trust and becoming a valuable partner in their success.

Requirements
- 1 or 2 years of experience in outbound sales: in a BDR/ SDR role or in a full sales cycle position
- Hands-on experience with cold calling and outbound prospecting is a must
- Fluent in Italian (C2) and English (B2/C1)
