We are currently seeking a Subcontracting and Estimating Engineer in INTERNSHIP,
reporting directly to Section Head, to join our team based in our Rome offices,
c/o Construction Department, Italy.

About the role:

* Preparation of cost estimate for construction subcontracting works, either
during proposal/FEED or project phases, according to the specific
proposal/project subcontracting strategy.
* Bid and Award of Subcontracts for the execution of Construction works.

The role and tasks include the following main activities:

* Participates in the proposal or subcontract development process;
* Analyzes tender requirements;
* Collects bill of quantities;
* Performs preparation, assembly and issuance of call for bid, addendums, and
tender clarifications;
* Performs and deliver the Construction Cost estimate and benchmarking of
construction costs;
* Ensures sourcing and qualification of bidders;
* Performs preparation of Construction man-hours estimate;
* Performs bid tabulation;

* Implements the subcontracting management strategy of the project;
* Performs negotiation and award the subcontracts;

Starting Date: 2nd quarter 2026

About you:

We’d love to hear from you if your profile meets the following essential
requirements:

* Graduated in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Energy, Chemical.
* Fluent knowledge of spoken and written English.
* Teamwork attitude.
