ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement the company strategy in terms of Battery technology selection and integrationDefine the guidelines and procedures to be followed for integration of new battery productsEnsure the development of the necessary tool and documentation for the battery integrationAct as the primary technical liaison with battery suppliers, focusing on the integration of new products and ensuring that all relevant documentation is up-to-date, complete and compliant with regulatory standardsScout, evaluate, and establish partnerships with new battery suppliers, focusing on innovation and qualitySupport the procurement team in drafting of supply contracts and the management of battery warrantiesSupport the development and enhancement of in‑house battery testing facilities, understanding the company needs for integration of batteryAudit, assess, and maintain relationships with battery manufacturers and suppliers; define test procedures and criteria for battery validationContribute to the design and improvement of battery performance and aging modeling tools, enabling accurate analysis and forecastingEnsure the full implementation of HSE procedures in the battery laboratory by adapting processes to operational needs and maintaining a safe and healthy work environmentQualifications & SkillsMaster’s degree in engineering in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Material science or similarSeveral years of professional experience in the Energy Storage fieldProven experience in developing, testing, or production of batteries for stationary or automotive applications,
