SUPPLIER QUALITY ASSURANCE ASSISTANT (M/F/D)

Location Kaunas, Lithuania

YOUR TASKS

In your role in the Business Division Electronics in our production facility in Kaunas (Lithuania), you will be responsible to coordinate incoming inspection in regards to quality related aspects. Initiating and dealing with quality-relevant issues for complicated purchase parts in series production, including conducting and coordinating the necessary complaints management. Initiating charges and negotiating the reimbursement (if needed).

- You will be initiating, coordinating and organizing the necessary rework and sorting in consultation with internal
departments and the suppliers.
- You will be managing conforming purchased parts including inter-company parts (ERP and physically) and
coordinate the further actions (e.g. rework, sorting, etc.)
- You will be collecting the complaint related costs (e.g. in SAP/Q220 order) including all documents (e.g. invoices, test
reports, etc.)
- You will be following up supplier 8D reports (technical) regarding content, timing and will be performing 8D evaluation (technical) (e.g. in SAP)
- You will be planning and conducting incoming inspection for purchased parts including documentation (e.g. in SAP)
(considering input from QPD)
- You will be responsible to manage quarantine area of purchased parts

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS





- University degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, information technology, or related areas;
- Several years of experience in quality assurance and production engineering;
- Very good English skills;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, SAP knowledge is an advantage;
- Willingness to travel and ideally experience of working in international project teams;
- Purposeful and structured work approach;
- Teamwork skills, an affinity for technology, and communication skills;
- A highly committed and proactive attitude.

Information regarding Base Salary

From 2550 to 2750 EUR (before withholding taxes) taking in consideration your current professional competence and work experience. Salary is reviewed at least once per year. Also, you will be entitled to the annual premio, that depends on your results.
