Fashion Styling Intern at Marion Scott Bridal

Marion Scott Bridal is a luxury bridal house handcrafted in Italy, known for sculptural silhouettes, refined femininity, and couture craftsmanship. As the brand continues expanding internationally following presentations in Paris, New York, and Barcelona Bridal Week, we are seeking a Fashion Styling Intern based in Rome to work closely alongside the founder throughout the creative development and production process.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about luxury fashion, bridal styling, creative direction, editorial imagery, and the behind the scenes world of couture bridal.

Responsibilities

- Assist with styling preparation for editorial shoots, campaigns, fittings, and fashion presentations
- Work closely with the founder during gown development and production processes
- Support with accessorizing, garment coordination, steaming, dressing, and overall shoot preparation
- Assist onsite during photoshoots, content days, fittings, and special projects
- Help organize styling references, moodboards, pull selections, and creative materials
- Coordinate garments, shoes, accessories, and styling inventory
- Support with model preparation and overall visual presentation during shoots
- Assist with behind the scenes content creation and creative coordination when needed
- Help maintain an elevated and organized studio environment





Requirements

- Fluent in both English and Italian
- Strong interest in luxury fashion, bridal, styling, and editorial imagery
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Positive, proactive, and collaborative attitude
- Ability to work within fast paced creative environments
- Comfortable assisting during long shoot days and fashion related events
- Strong visual eye and understanding of styling aesthetics
- Previous styling, fashion, or creative experience is a plus
- Familiarity with Pinterest, Instagram, Canva, and fashion moodboarding tools preferred

Location

Rome, Italy
This is an in person position based in Rome with occasional travel opportunities depending on projects and fashion events.

Additional Information

This internship offers a unique opportunity to work closely with an emerging luxury bridal brand during an exciting international growth phase. The intern will gain hands on experience across editorial styling, luxury bridal production, fashion shoots, fittings, and creative brand development.
