The Lead Solution Consultant will support the Enterprise sales team by helping to understand complex customer business problems and requirements and translate them into solutions leveraging Docusign's platform. /p pThis position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Manager, Solution Consultant.
/p h3Responsibility /h3 ul liUnderstand complex customer business problems within the assigned territory and client-base /li liVisualise customer internal systems and information topology /li liMap customer problems and systems to Docusign solutions /li liEstablish confidence in recommendations via product expertise, custom product demonstrations, technical phone calls, workflow outlines, RFP/RFI responses, product roadmap discussions business process diagrams /li liArticulate selected recommendations /li liDeliver trusted, long-term, high ROI solutions /li liPartner with sales to deliver on revenue plan /li liExhibit proficiency of the core platform, including all current and future features /li liLeverage knowledge gained from production deployments and customer experiences /liliCommunicate as well as champion the methods, processes, and certifications which make Docusign the most secure partner for eSignature transactions /li /ul h3Job Designation /h3 pbRemote: /b Employee is not required to be in or near an office frequently and works from a designated remote work location for the majority of the time. /p pPositions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job. Preferred job designations are not guaranteed when changing positions within Docusign. Docusign reserves the right to change a position's job designation depending on business needs and as permitted by local law.
/p h3What you bring /h3 h3Basic /h3 ul li8+ years of related experience /li liExperience within a pre-sales role selling SaaS solutions and concepts /li liBS/BA degree or equivalent in relevant work experience /li liFluent in English and Italian to professional standard minimum /li /ul h3Preferred /h3 ul liPrior pre-sales experience within an enterprise level SaaS offering, ideally cloud-based /li liProficient in delivering software demonstrations in-person and virtually /li liExperience with technical business documentation like workflow diagrams, proposals, SOWS, RFPs and RFIs /li liProven experience working with employees at all levels of an organization /li /ul h3Life at Docusign /h3 pDocusign is committed to building trust and making the world more agreeable for our employees, customers and the communities in which we live and work.
