We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Development Engineer with 2-3 years of experience in PV Solar systems to join our team in Milan, with the flexibility of hybrid work. The candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales process by providing technical expertise, and ensuring our clients receive tailored and efficient solar solutions for our industrial customers.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to determine the suitability of locations for solar installations.
Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and technical requirements.
Prepare the proposals, including system sizing,



energy yield estimates, and cost-agevolazioni analysis.
Preparation of documentation, including drawings, specifications, and any technical and economical annexes for big tenders.
Support sales, marketing and business development activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Energy Engineering.
2-3 years of experience in designing and implementing PV solar systems.
Proficiency in PV design software (e.g., PVsyst, AutoCAD). xysqume
Strong understanding of PV principles, electrical systems, and grid connection.
